Swadesh Samaiya, Station Manager, Chanderi Ki Awaz, spoke to us on the challenges of managing equipment and training staff within the community radio station. The station manages its broadcast with only one transmitter and antenna which was bought through the contributions of the community, but which makes their work in the case of equipment failure extremely difficult.
