The Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, in collaboration with CEMCA, conducted the 
second National Community Radio Sammelan from February 18 to February 20, 2012, at New Delhi. Prof. Vinod Pavarala was an invited participant in the event, which saw more than 150 stakeholders meet, sharing their experiences, success stories, challenges and exchanging innovative ideas.
