Dr. Kanchan K. Malik, Associate Professor, Department of Communication & Faculty Fellow, UNESCO Chair on Community Media represented the Chair at the Peer Review Process Orientation Workshop held in New Delhi from February 17-19, 2014.
Kanchan spoke about the philosophy, approach and the self-assessment and peer review process involved while applying the Community Radio Continuous Improvement Toolkit developed by the Chair.
Over 30 CR station representatives attended the workshop, organised jointly by the Ministry of Information & Broadcasting and Community Radio Association. The toolkit is one among those endorsed by the MIB for adoption for the peer review process.
