Prof. Vinod Pavarala participated in a week-long series of civil society events, including presenting the key-note address, in Cyprus, from Oct 8 to October 13, including a public lecture organised by the Cyprus Community Media Centre and the City of Nicosia. The Chair’s advocacy efforts have drawn the attention of authorities, towards the need to legalise community media in a post-conflict society like Cyprus.
